Qualities of STEM  spaces:  STEM wok spaces or lab space needs to support making, learning, exploring, and collaborating that uses high-tech to nootech tools.  Hard working spaces wth concrete flooring, electrical power for tools and equipment, large surfaces for building & sharing materials.
