The first Mighty Panther winners of the year!
When students fill up their punch cards, they bring them to the office, receive a sticker, get their name read in the announcements and then put their name in a drawing. Each Friday, two names from each grade are drawn. The winners get to pick a book from the vending machine.

**Important Reminder for all Kindergarten and Young 5 parents and guardians!**
It is critical for you to create a parent portal in our new online enrollment system through PowerSchool and fill out all of the forms before the first day of school. It includes very important information we need for you child. Everyone should have received an email with account information and directions on how to complete the process.

The YDC is hosting a fun Summer Program.
Watervliet Public Schools would like to thank all of our community members who took time to vote in yesterday's election. While we are disappointed with the results, we understand that our community has spoken.
In the coming weeks and months, we will deconstruct this effort, actively seek input from community members, and determine our next steps. While the needs still exist, we will work with interested and engaged people to do whatever we can to build on the successes of the past and a better future for WPS.
