Needless to say, the WPS Marching Band is proud to be heading into the State Finals Competition at Ford Fields this Saturday with a first-place finish in their prelim flight under their belts. Not only are the students excited about their great season, but their supportive families are behind them and showing their support in a big way. Posted just outside the band room are signs of encouragement that parents have made for every band member, along with locker signs on each of their lockers. Rain or shine, families have been showing up at events throughout the season to support these talented and hard-working kids. Thank you, band parents/families. Your support makes a big difference and you are appreciated!
