2024 South School 1st Grade Choir Concert Announcement
1st Grade Choir Parents,
Welcome to the South School 1st Grade Spring Choir! We are so thrilled that your child has chosen to be a part of this exciting musical experience!! This letter is an invitation to the 2024 South School 1st Grade Choir’s Spring Concert titled “Nature Starts a Song”. It will include songs all about nature, spring time and warm sunny weather!
2024 South School 1st Grade Choir Concert – “Nature Starts a Song”
The 1st Grade South School Spring Choir Concert will take place on Wednesday April 24th, 2024 at 5:30 pm in the South School Gymnasium. Please arrive to South School between 5:00 & 5:10 pm and enter through the main doors. Upon arriving, please send your child to the music room (room 101) before finding a seat in the gymnasium. The music room is located next to the main office. The concert will last approximately 30 minutes.
PLEASE email ASAP if your child is UNABLE to attend the concert so I can plan accordingly.
What to wear
Since this concert is all about nature and warm sunny weather, please have your child wear bright spring colors. Solid bright colors or Hawaiian/floral prints on shirts/dresses are preferred. Please avoid clothing with printed logos if possible. Thank you for your help with this!
Final Choir Rehearsal
OUR FINAL REHEARSAL will be on Tuesday April 23, 2024. This rehearsal will conclude the choir season for the 2023/2024 school year. Thank you for supporting your child’s music education! It was a pleasure having them in the choir!
