
Due to icy road conditions, all Watervliet Public Schools will be closed today, January 23, 2024. A decision will be made regarding evening activities by noon today.
Back roads are very dangerous at this time and will be for the next few hours. Please be VERY CAREFUL.

Due to adverse road conditions, WPS is canceling all PM activities tonight, January 22nd. It is predicted that the ice will let up around 6 PM, but come back in the early morning tomorrow. We await an update from the National Weather Service late afternoon before making a call regarding school attendance tomorrow.
Please consider having a backup plan for kiddos for tomorrow as we will not know until late this evening what our plans for tomorrow will be. Please be on the alert for an all-call or text with additional information.

Due to forecasted extremely low wind chills and the need to continue clearing certain back roads in the district, all Watervliet Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, January 15th.
All athletic activities and extracurricular programs will be canceled as well.



Berrien RESA playgroup will be tomorrow from 9am-10am in the North School gym.



Please remember to send all winter gear to school with your students every day. If the "feels like" temperature is 15 degrees or above, the students will be going outside. Please send their snow pants, heavy coats, gloves and snow boots every day. Thank you so much for your help with this.

Reminder that TOMORROW is the last day to sign up for elementary boys basketball. Grades 3-6th.

Berrien RESA playgroup will be tomorrow from 9am-10am in the North School gym.




Wednesday, November 8th, the 4th grade bread order will be available for pickup between 4-5pm. If your student has an order please come to the North School lobby to pickup.

Crazy hair day tomorrow! Bring in a $1 donation! All proceeds will go to an elementary student getting treatment for cancer.

This FRIDAY is going to be crazy hair day! If your student wants to participate please bring in a $1 donation, and show us the craziest hair you can! All the proceeds of this will be donated to an elementary student who is currently receiving treatment for cancer.

TOMORROW is a 2 hour early release! We will dismiss at 12:55pm, please plan accordingly.


Tomorrow is PAJAMA DAY at North! Bring in a $1 donation and your student may wear pajamas! All the proceeds from pajama day will be donated to the April Shindeldecker family. April is fighting stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, & stage 2 thyroid cancer. April & her husband have a daughter who is a student here at North Elementary.
