Come stop by to share stories, laughter, and well wishes as we celebrate the incredible impact Dave, Rachelle, and Peggy have had on our students, staff, and school community over the years. Whether you can stay for a few minutes or the whole time, we’d love to have you there as we send them off with lots of appreciation and love!

Mrs. Moffatt’s 4th grade class spread kindness throughout our community by delivering handmade “Kindness Bags” to our local residents. ❤️

Students worked hard to put together thoughtful bags filled with handmade gifts, cheerful notes, and smiles to brighten someone’s day. We are so proud of these students for showing compassion, generosity, and what it means to care for others in our community.

A special thank you to The Watervliet Foundation who helped make this meaningful project possible!!

Family Game Night!
North and South are Hosting Family Game Night!

Where: South Elementary School. 433 Lucinda Lane, Watervliet MI 49098.

When: TONIGHT! Tuesday, April 14th from 5:30om - 7:00pm.

We are excited to share that our students have successfully reached their PBIS incentive! Through being respectful, responsible, and safe they have earned a school-wide reward! To celebrate, we will be having a Hat Day on Friday 4/17!

Students are invited to wear their favorite hat to school for the day. Hats should be school-appropriate and allow students to fully participate in learning activities.

Thank you for your continued support in helping us create a positive and respectful school environment. We are so proud of our students!

Please continue to send your child with a jacket for recess. The temperatures will still be chilly at recess time and we only have a few extra coats. We will be outside for recess unless it's raining or the temperature feels like below 15 degrees.

Reminder that this week the elementary has full days all week.

Berrien RESA Playgroup will be held in the North School gym today from 9am - 10am!

Just making you aware, we have lost electrical power at North School today. Due to having a generator, we do have hallway lights, computers, phones, restroom lights and the ability to flush, and heat is adequate at this time. Luckily, our kitchen staff had lunch ready and we made a change to your lunch and recess schedule so every student was able to have a hot lunch.

Today is an early release day and we will adhere to our early release schedule.
