The Girls’ Varsity Soccer team fell to Black River this afternoon for the first conference matchup of the season.

In Track, the Lady Panthers brought their conference record to 3-1 by beating Fennville but losing to Bridgman. The ladies were not able to grab too many overall first places but used some good depth in a lot of the events to rack up points. Many season bests and personal records were achieved both in the field events and on the track. The Panthers are right back at it on Wednesday as they travel to Saugatuck to take on the host Trailblazers and South Haven.
And in true team fashion, the Boys’ Track team split their dual meets with Bridgman and Fennville Monday night. The Panthers had a balanced scoring attack as the sprinters, distance, and field events all contributed significantly. Cole Getz had PR's in the long jump and the 100m dash. The 4x800 relay team won against both opponents. Alvin Jones finished first against both opponents in both hurdle events. On the distance side, Luke Isbrecht ran very well winning the 3200m run and was a member of that 4x800.
