🏆 Sports & Activities Update
Baseball
Varsity Baseball swept Sparta 11-6 and 16-1 in a nighttime doubleheader at Davenport University. Cael Morris earned the complete-game win in Game 1, striking out five and allowing five hits. Cayden Ryan and Ethan Westfall combined for the Game 2 win, striking out eight while giving up just three hits.
Top hitters included Brayden Harasewicz (triple, 4 hits), Caleb Jewell (triple, 3 hits), Brayden Symonds (double, 4 hits), Cayden Ryan (4 hits), and Nate Harasewicz (3 hits). The Panthers improve to 17-6-1 overall and 7-1 in the SAC Lakeshore.
Track
The Lady Panthers wrapped up their final tune-up before Regionals with a 6th-place finish at the Gobles Invitational, bringing home 17 medals. Braelyn Campbell led the way with a runner-up finish in the long jump. Fourth-place finishes came from the 4x800 relay team of Braelyn Campbell, Daniella Romero, Alex Zuniga, and Payton Yeske, along with Daniella Romero in the 1600 and Payton Yeske in the high jump. Other medalists included Mya Hood, Daijahnae Hatcher, and Miranda Lowell.
FOOTBALL MEETING –There will be a meeting for anyone interested in football on TOMORROW at 2:45pm in the gym.

Fall Varsity Cheer preseason meeting is Thursday, May 14 at 3:15 PM in the wrestling room. Contact the athletic department if you can’t attend.

Attention Seniors–We are offering two separate trips for seniors in May –one to LMC and then to SMC. There are permission slips in the main office if you need to go another time for a tour and to better understand where things are before you start either in the fall.
