• Wednesday is an early release day — dismissal at 1:10 PM. Students may wear pajamas.
• Thursday is a building-wide Read-In Day. All students must bring something to read — no devices will be allowed. If you do not bring something to read, your teachers will provide something for you.
• Also Thursday, seniors who have completed the FAFSA will have the opportunity to pie a staff member of their choice in the face! This event will start at 10:45.
Sports Update
Rookies Lead Panthers to 18th Place at 39-Team GVSU Indoor Invitational
The Lady Panthers kicked off the 2026 season indoors at the GVSU Invitational. There were a lot of good early season performances on the track and in the throws and the jumps. Miranda Lowell had the highest individual finish for the squad capturing 4th in the 60 meter hurdles. Brianna Zwar also qualified for the finals in the 60 meter hurdles and finished 15th. Braelyn Campbell brought home an individual medal in her first-ever high school meet grabbing 6th in the long jump with a jump of 15 feet. Other highlights included new PRs in the shot put for Nahduleigh Robart and Sophie Grear, in the 1600 and 800 for Payton Yeske, and Adelynn Campbell in the 400 meters.
